All content on this website, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Velnaris unless otherwise noted. Deliverables provided as part of an engagement are licensed to the client for their reporting purposes upon full payment, subject to any separate agreement.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our research support is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to verify information but cannot guarantee completeness of publicly available records. Velnaris's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, to the extent permitted by Indonesian law.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) of Bandung, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under Indonesian law.
